1. Who we are

PIXL is a trading name of JGFM Ltd (company no. 16713801), registered office 3 Greengates, Cardale Park, Harrogate, HG3 1GY. JGFM Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@bypixl.co.uk.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the information you give us:

• A name or company name
• Your contact name, email address and phone number
• The service you're enquiring about and the details you enter into its estimator (for example vehicle size, glass area, film type)
• The free-text description of your project, and any files you attach

Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

2a. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary cookies only are set without asking — none are used for tracking. Nothing else runs until you choose.

If measurement is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to understand how people find and use the site and whether our advertising works. These set cookies and share data with Google. They stay switched off (Google Consent Mode, default “denied”) until you press Accept on the cookie bar; press Reject and they never load cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser; clear your site data to be asked again. Lawful basis: consent.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your enquiry to respond to you, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — deliver the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract. [CONFIRM BASIS WITH REVIEWER]

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the business:

• ServiceM8 — our job-management system; your enquiry is stored there as a lead for a person to review
• Our email provider — to notify the team and reply to you
• Hostinger — our website host

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it
